Working from home using SKY broadband ? Using 3CX and having issues ?
It appears over the weekend that SKY have added the 3cx.co.uk to there blocked sites. This will cause issues if you use a 3CX phone system. In order to get your phone back on and working the following guide should help you to change your Sky Shield settings to allow this to work again.
If you go to https://www.sky.com/myaccount
And sign in to your sky account
And go to Broadband and talk settings
Select Broadband Shield and the following should be displayed
Select Manage exceptions
On allow a website enter 3cx.co.uk and click allow website
This should then white list the domain.
