Meet Our Team
Starting his career with a pivotal IT role at Wedgwood, our MD quickly found his calling in the tech world. His journey took them from Policymaster, through its evolutions to Sirius and then SSP, embracing roles from service desk support to implementations engineer. This path honed his expertise in technology and customer service, laying the foundation for their leadership.
Beyond the world of technology, Mat loves anything with an engine attached, reflecting his love for innovation, performance, and the thrill of seeing how things work, run, and rev.
With a belief in “work hard, play harder,” he leads by example, balancing dedication with passion, inspiring our team to strive for excellence and enjoy the ride.
Commencing with ambitions in accounting, our OD discovered a knack for IT and quickly pivoted, laying the groundwork for an illustrious career in technology. His career has taken him from small IT firms to major roles in companies creating software for the legal and insurance sectors. He’s also managed a massive operation, looking after 2,500 users, and dived into software asset management. For the past ten years, he’s worked alongside Mat to build CNLTD into the company it is today.
Beyond IT, he is a life long tinkerer, his innovative spirit once led to a memorable experiment with radio alarm clocks and 40w speakers at age 11, much to their family’s chagrin. He also solaces in golf, though with his 3 children now command a lion’s share of his free time
He lives by the words of Jack Johnson, “Move like a jellyfish, rhythm is nothing, you go with the flow, you don’t stop,” and mirrors Dory’s advice to “Just keep swimming,” facing life’s challenges head-on with a can-do attitude.
Rex joined our team not long after taking his first steps, quickly establishing himself as the go-to expert in treat distribution and morale boosting. With a keen nose for data, he’s unparalleled in sniffing out the best snack opportunities and ensuring team happiness is always on the rise.
Rex’s most thrilling adventure to date involves a covert operation where he goes on bin-diving missions around the office. His fearless pursuit of the last crumbs has not only kept our office bins impressively empty but also demonstrated his commitment to leaving no stone (or bin) unturned in his quest for treats.
Rex lives by a simple motto, “Bark less, wag more,” embodying the joy and enthusiasm he brings to our office every day. He reminds us that sometimes, the best approach to complex data is a keen instinct and a fresh perspective.
After university, Sam dove straight into the tech world, fixing and refurbishing both Windows and Apple devices. His journey took him from hands-on repair work to an internal IT role, where he polished his technical prowess. Today, he’s the wizard behind the curtain at Commercial Networks , automating tasks that used to eat up valuable time and offering a helping hand to clients in need.
Sam’s second home is the golf course. He spends a fair bit of time (and money) chasing that little white ball across the green.
He lives by the saying, “A bad day at golf still beats a good day at work,” and who can argue with that? It’s his way of unwinding and finding balance.
Harry H is an experienced IT engineer with a passion for solving problems and keeping things running smoothly.
Harry is customer centric and takes pride in the work he does. Eager to develop skills and explore different aspects of the IT world, Harry started as an IT apprentice many moons ago, taking on various challenges through his career so far.
When not at work, Harry will most likely be in a field, metal detecting, eating more food than he needs or with the family.
Harry Q left Endon High School and found the apprenticeship opportunity at CNLTD to be a perfect fit. With a strong interest in building, repairing, and fixing computers, Harry excels at providing quick and effective solutions to technical challenges. His commitment to mastering new skills and technologies ensures that he delivers top-notch support to our team and clients.
Harry has developed multiple FiveM servers in his time, showcasing his ability to create and manage complex virtual environments.

Callum Started his career in the Royal Navy at 16 as a communications and information systems specialist.
After finishing his Basic and trade training he was put onto HMS Defender as an engineering technician, where he developed his IT and Comms skills acting as a lead engineering technician looking after the systems onboard,
He would then go onto getting selected for promotion before joining RAF Marham maintaining the portable maintenance aid laptops that support the data collection for the state of the F-35 Jets.
After leaving the Navy in 2024 Callum joined the civilian life working as a cad technician until he eventually decided to step back into the IT industry with CNLTD.
In his spare time Callum enjoys producing music with FL Studio and his comically tiny MIDI Keyboard.
Beginning her professional journey with Commercial Networks Limited through her educational institution. She manages diverse administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations, driven by her passion for organisation and team success.
Outside of work, you can find her hitting the high notes! She loves singing as a hobby, attends regular singing lessons, and perform at gigs.
