  • Device-Based Charges: Some services are billed per device. For instance, the “Fixed Fee IT Remote Support Agreement Per Device Cost” is charged at £30 per device. If your organisation has 10 computers that need support, this would result in a total cost of £300 per month for device-related services.
  • User-Based Charges: Other services are billed per user, reflecting the number of individuals who utilise these services. For example, our “Fixed Fee IT Remote Support Agreement Per User Cost” is £10 per user. If you have 20 employees who need cybersecurity training, the cost would be £200 per month for this service alone. Similarly, the “Security Awareness Training” provided as part of our endpoint protection is also charged per user, ensuring each individual receives the necessary training to stay secure.
